My name is Marie Gentile.
I am a full time broker/agent with the #1 Century 21 in the States of New Jersey and Delaware for 2007.
I work about 70 hrs per week and am there for my clients from AM to 10 pm. I* have been in this business since 2001 and have been with Century 21 the whole time. It is an excellent company with major market share. The company has wonderful programs for both buyers and sellers and I pride myself on being able to find the best possible fit for each one of my many clients.
I have been a resident of Manalapan, New Jersey for 8 years.
I moved here from Staten Island with my family. I have been married for 23 years to my childhood sweetheart and have 3 great kids; Nicky who is 21, Carmine who is 18 and Torrie Marie who is 17.
I have always liked helping people and found my self in an advocate position almost all the time.
I got into Real Estate in 2001 after having a very successful residential window and house cleaning service since 1998.
One of my clients who happened to be my first Real Estate Broker talked me into it. She said I would be great for the job because I cared about people.
As it turns out, she was right. I have been blessed to be very successful right from the start of my career.
To me selling Real Estate is not just about selling a home. I sell hopes and dreams for people of all walks of life and am very proud of it. I love the experience of working with first time home buyers. They are so excited. Sometimes they can't believe it themselves that they are really going to own a home. Or the young family going from a town home to a single family home to raise their children. And of course the empty nesters who have finally paid off the house and the kids' college loans. They are the best.
My job allows me to meet many different people and it makes me very proud to help each and every one of them.
